Cry Babies

Well, training is going well. I will have a replacement for the thanksgiving week.. YEAH>>> I"M LEAVING TOWN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you haven't noticed I'm excited to leave!!!!!!!!

Well, I have to play babysitter on every respect. Two breakfast hosts that are upset because the other is not perfect... A maintanence man who thinks he should get away with murder because someone else got a away with something... And a front desk staff that hate each other and wishes each other would quit.. GO figure..

I am learning a lot and I am glad that I am slowing resolving some of these issues. If I can't resolve them then I'm going to write them up and fire them. As my regional would say, I don't have time to play Babysitter. But in all reality that is a managers job..

Other than that my new additions to the family are getting along well. The baby boy ferret is not yet big enough to live with the fiesty female, but he is growing quickly. She is a little overpowering for him at this time...

Pets Galore

Sorry for the brief intermission, but life gets busier everyday.

Well, Work to start.. I have a little conflict amongst employees..
They are all upset because one girl is being trained to be a manager. Of course they have some right to be upset because before "Jane" started training she was already acting like she owned the place. They keep telling me she wants to get me fired and take my job. "If she wants it that bad, let her, she'll regret it soon enough. But when I talk to Jane it is a whole different attidude.
Well such is life. Hopefully they will all learn to get along. If not eventually someone will quite and I'll be free from the annoyances. I understand now why Joe always avoided conflict as much as possible..

Now to my life. I have a new addition to my family actually two new additions.

I have two ferrets.
1 is a female named Kit Kat
and a boy named Cinnabon.
Yes they are after food but it makes them seem sweeter.

The girl is hipper in her diaper all the time and the boy is so tiny all he does is sleep.
I like them though. I need a new house just to house my pets.

Between me and my roommate we now have
I have - Girl ferret Kit Kat
We share responsibility for boy ferret - Cinnabon
and dog K.C.
She has dog - Teddy
and Hamster - Princess

I think we are animaled out for awhile..
