Well, Manager at BB is going to have a meeting with me on Tuesday. We are going to have the meeting we were suppose to have last week. The boss decided to sell stuff instead of working on hotel business.

Hopefully his wife will come in March. I want to know what she expects of us. She is the one really running the the business. These are not hotel tycoons. They are people who wanted a tax break and buying into retail gives them that tax break. The plus side is that they did not buy this hotel with the intention of making millions off of it in the first year. That can be a great thing on our side.

BB manager can't decide if he wants to stay. So I told him I want to learn everything I can before he leaves. He seems like a good teacher and maybe if he does a great job then I can move on to a name brand chain.

Well signed up to sell his stuff. I'm not obligated to do anything... Right now I'm just buying the vitimans whole sale and trying it out. Roomy have a lot of thing wrong with her so she is trying to. If this works then she will be able to go off of most of her medicine.

IF this works I will then start selling. I have pre hypertension on blood pressure machine at meijers. Don't want to go to doctor but may have to if this doesn't work. If it does I will have normal blood pressure and I will be very very happy. So beware. I might come visit and SELL.

lots to say in little time so I will be a brief as possible.

1. New Boss wants us to use and sell his mineral/vitamin cure. He has a convincing speech. Roomy is even going to try is cure. If he can cure her then he is worth a million dollars.
I asked him about Narcolepsy. He said that your body is missing certain minerals and that it is actually a curable disease. Well.... If he can cure Roomy I may sell it to all the family I have.. We will wait and see!!!!!!!

2. Doc has made it clear I can't sell his supplements while I'm working. However while I'm working he can force me to listne to his sells speach.. Not trying to be rude. Am I selling Supplements or running a hotel.

3. B hotel the he also owns is in much better shape than us.. THe manager there can't decide it he is staying or going. I hope he stays long enough to teach me what he knows and then leaves. That way I could run the baymont instead of the A hotel.... He is upset cause the boss will not talk about raises.. ONly his supplement company..

Oh the PAIN

Well this has been an experience to remember.. Hopefully not one to repeat..

I have had to call vender after vender to get paperwork to transfer accounts to new company. They should be doing this but felt I wasn't busy enough.. WHATEVER...

The new owner doesn't even run the business.. His wife will and I won't get to talk to her till March. Until then I can just hope to make a good impression...

The other manager is gun ho on spending money and fixing up my hotel.. Great for him but our bills and paychecks now come from the same account. Meaning if we spend to much they may not have enough to pay us.. Not a good thing..

New owner owns like 25 businesses.. Literally. And just bought another one in the past few weeks. That is 3 new businesses in less than a month.. WOW....

This will be a bumpy road (especially since I now don't have any vacation time) and I will endure it. The positive side is I will learn a lot and hopefully this will help out in the long run..
