A day off

Well, I left early today.
Decided I have put in enough hours and took the afternoon off.
I took the dogs to the park and then I went shopping.
Been fun not having to work for once...

AM = Ferret stuff looks just like dog stuff only smaller. Think of a long slinky animal running the house. We got a number of a lady who knows how to get them potty trained. Once they are trained they will have the run of the house whenever they want..

I"M STAFFED AT THE FRONT DESK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Oh yeah..
AM got fired. She complained to the old manager (He liked her - wanted her to go to vegas with him) He told her it was illigel to fire someone over the phone.. GO FIGURE.
So i called my boss and told him what He said.. He laughed and said as long as I didn't lie on the termination paper there is nothing she can do about it... I told TT about the previous manager and he said they should have went to vegas.!!!

That's life for now..

A decent day

Well, The regional is cool..
He actually teaches and understands what we go through everyday!!!

His only down side is that he thinks my maintanence guy is the cream of the crop. He doesn't realize he spends a lot of time talking on his cell phone and gossiping to the front desk. He is one of those people that if you keep a close eye on him then he will work otherwise he messes around..

He is glad our hotel is doing well and thinks I'm doing a great job...
YEAH!!!

Yeah, teddy lost most of his teeth.. They said it has to do with his imbreeding and that there was no way to prevent it. Teddy still has his K-9's so his tongue still looks normal. Surprisingly he still eats hard dog food. We give him canned once a day and he eats the hard dog food the rest of the time..

The ferrets have decided that my sock drawer is a great place to sleep. I need to keep my door closed more. They keep a supply of dog food under my dresser. I guess that is a snack for them.
If we could get them potty trained it would be great!!!!!!!!

I'm working a lot as usual but I still enjoy my job.. YEAH!!!!!!!

He's Coming!!

It's true the regional is coming today. He will be at my hotel for two hole days.

Can you believe this. He is really coming.

Okay new drama..
AM = fired today.. She said I was being to hard.. She is late literally 3 times a week and it is my fault for being hard on her. Then it was the time clocks fault. Guess it changes every day. Then she was upset cause I didn't write up someone else. Okay. They were late once your were late 9 times. Who do you think ought to get written up!!!

PP = Still likes the job.. But I know she is looking for better pay.
TK = Is now my First shift.
MR = will help me out on Sundays.. Yeah she quit, for a better paying job.
MT = Hasn't figured out laundry yet
KS = A new one doing pretty good.. She doesn't know what to think of me.
and a new guy= who is AM's friend.. This may not be soo good.

Life is still life and I'm still making money so we are all one big happy family.

Well, life has been as busy as ever..
I went to Muncie, IN twice last week.
Once to get two refrigerators for the hotel and
Once to have a one on one meeting with my regional manager.
He is actually a decent guy.
He doesn't act like your stupid for not knowing what to do.
I really like him,.

On the positive side my hotel is still beating last years numbers. We are doing extremely well. I hope we can keep this up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The bonus for beating a goal isn't that great but I'll take what I can get..

Besides that training all over again.
MR a newhire may leave for a better paying job. She had interview today.
PP is looking for a job were she can have every weekend off.
TK is going to first shift.. I'm promoting her
AM is getting fired. You deserve to be fired when the manager has to ask over three times to move your car out of the handicap. I should have called the police and got her a ticket!!!
MT is forgetting he is suppose to work on third. Not sure if he will last.
and
KS a new addition is doing great. We'll see how long she lasts..

training

Well, I'm training again...
Yeah.. A girl had her kid in the hospital..
Then decided to forget to call off,. Not good.
Gave her another chance and she decided not to come to work..
NO MORE>>> SHE IS GONE>>>
Now I'm working forever lots of hours but it will be worth it when I have someone that can actually show up...

Training with coporate went great... I love our new regional....
I went early tuesday go out to eat with an old friend..
Bad Mistake

First I waited at the college cause I was early.. I decided to go to my car and get my cell phone. I didn't realize how early I was and I was afraid that she forgot.. On the way to my car I fell.. And not just a little fall, I busted my knee (probably should have had stitches). I went back inside and went to the ladies room. Didn't bleed much but looked aweful..
I still couldn't find SR. so I decided to go the the security office and see if they had any bandadges. I found SR> but no bandaides. They didn't have one!!!!!!!!!!!
We went to walmart and I bought some then on to food.
I went through the interserection that lead to the restaraunte and a car came out of the wrong side. He left were I was suppose to go in. I slowed down in the middle of the intersection. Bad idea because while I was in the middle light turned red.
Cop pulled me over. luckily no ticket...
