Life as a Manager

How do I keep them??

Okay,
I finally find a good housekeeper. She does something stange. SHE CLEANS!!!!
I don't have to babysit her and she does a great job...
the sad part is she will be working in the factory by the end of the month.
The good ones never stay. The bad ones wait to get fired so that they can collect unemployment.
They don't like me though on that part. I write them up alot before I fire them. Sometimes I get lucky and the state decides that we don't owe them anything.
Come on. If you refuse to change the sheets why should I pay for you to hang out at home????

The job idea is not going to well. Found out that since I work for a no name change most companies won't consider me. I'm not going to try for an assistant manager position somewhere. Pay wouldn't be to great but in a years time I would have the experience that they want and would get a cool job. The downside of not being the boss is that you get stuck with all the horrible hours. However, a little tourtament and then I could make someone else work all the horrible hours.. YEAH!!!!

Good luck Misty! Umm, at the moment I plan on being around Chicagoland for Turkey day, but can't be 100% positive.
