CRazy Crazy Crazy

Well, I wonder if life will ever be normal again.
Doc. is mad at me again. The only part that frustrates me is the fact he never asks me why I do what I do. He just starts in the displine and correction. One day he is going to lecture me on something that is not true and I'm going to go off on him.. Maybe I could get unemployment..

Anyway.. I can't wait to start my classes for real estate.. It is time I do somehting before I go crazy. I'm stressed all the time and when i do something to relax myself like excersiing the world falls apart and I'll have like 3 missed calls. I need a break.


I still like managing.. However I know I will never enjoy working for Doc again. He just doesn't understand how to be a boss..

A real estate agent!!???!!??!!??

Everyone has to do something crazy in their life..
Well, I'm not crazy enough to drive 500 miles a week so I will have to settle for real estate.

I will be starting my classes to get my license in May.. It will last for 9 weeks.
One reason I'm going for it..
I will be with Coldwell Bankers.
They teach the class.
Then you take the test to get your lisence.
Then you take a 5 week class (company pays for it) that is hands on.. They teach you how to find people.. Make you go out and find people.. Then come back and talk about those people.
They also have a kiosk at the mall. New agents sign up and work the koisk and can get leads that way. They also have a time where you work the floor and you have an opportunity to get leads.

He stated that IF you are willing to do everything the teacher says then you will have a great chance of succeed. HOWEVER, some people take off and go and make money off the bat. Others (and this will be me I'm sure) endure and endure and then see results in a few months..
The nice thing is that they will allow me to start part-time and go full time once I get anough leads to not starve..

I've got to get a new job before I go crazy.. My owner does nto want me to do my job and discipline my employees however he does not want me to keep those who are bad.. WHAT EVER>>> How can you fire someone if you can't write them up.....

Well everything is falling apart..
LITERALLY...

I have sewage in my crawl space.
They can't clean it up till the roof is fixed cause the water is not going down the drain.. It is going down the wall intot he crawl space.
There is a leak in the hot water line and if that breaks then we lose all hot water.
The pool and spa and not working right... They have way way to much chlorine and so I cannot open them up.. People are mad....
The new waffle machine they gave me is tripping the circuit breaker so now they can't cook waffles.
And I still need to get the cabinet fixed in the kitchen before the inspector comes back.
Just found out the electric water heater needs to be inspected. And that the back flow valve for the pool has not been inspected in years...
My furniture is breaking and I don't have replacements..
Oh Yeah, And I don't know if we are back on the internet sights yet.. Lost money cause the company that does all the fun work did not do thier job properly.. That's been fun too!!!
And the boss needs me to use green markers and color the carpet in the hallway...Like I have time for that..

We are dog sitting a poodle.. An old poodle.. The owners forgot to tell us that she has bad knees. So we have been letting her jump on the couch just like Teddy the pomerianian. Well her knees slipped out of joint and now she will never walk right again. We called the owners and they basically made it sound like we were keeping her alive so the kids could say goodbye and then they will put her to sleep. My roomate is a animal nut so she didn't take the news very well.. So we have made her last meals special. She gets to have a taste of our meat at dinner. She seems to like that.


Anyone have any ideas what I can do when I grow up... I really need a new job!!!!!


On positive side I will be taking monday off and going to a fondue night at a friends house... Can't wait.. It is in Berne and I can't get reception out there... They won't be able to call me.. YEAH>>>>

Paradise Gone:(

What Have I learned in 2 months.
1. I've never really been a manager and feel like I need to go back to school.
2. I really don't like managing because I end up with little children instead of workers.
3. I have a strange boss.

I haven't figured out why he has not fired me yet but I'm not going to complain.

I promoted a different Front Desk Supervisor. Part Good part not. The old one was demoted. She is now taking it better than I thought she would.
The B Manager does not like my maintanence man. Old regionals told B stuff about him being lazy and now he is out to get him. B just can't believe that once in a while M listens. I do have my concerns though.

I'm starting to question what I want to do with the rest of my life. I am now thinking of taking a real estate course. It is not very expensive and even if I don't go through with becoming one it will help me in selling my house. I'm starting to think it is time for me to change careers.
I have worked 50-60 hours each week for almost a month. This is the first evening in a long time I have had the opportunity to even write. I don't know how much longer I'll last.
