I don't have enough experience to change jobs..
Well, not unless I want a big paycut.. Can't afford a paycut right now..
It will be hard to get a new job in a year too..
The things the other hotels are looking for we don't do
like Accounts receivalbe.. corporate does that...
Other places the manager does... So who knows what will happen..
Such is life...
Until then I'm in the process of paying off my car..Yeah
Housekeeper begged for me to fire her..So I'm going to on Monday.. What she doesn't know is that I"ve done plenty of documenting and she won't get unemployment from us... Hope she likes not getting money!!!
third shifters are not doing their job at all:(
I'm waiting until after thanksgiving to be mean.. I don't want to have to fire them and then get stuck working when I should be in IL..
but when I get back they will either shape up or ship out!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sounds like these employees of yours are high drama! I don't know how you handle it. Phew!
wow. that blog was from a while ago, and i just read it. anyways, my blog is gone, and im going through yet another life change. im actually regretting the fact i left the service and am trying to get back in right now. its kinda weird, id actually rather face war in iraq right now than my future as its going right now.
anyways, theres a few things i gotta do to get back in, but it looks possible. and in the case i dont, i got some other options im trying to use as well (trucking, city jobs, etc.). anyways, my new blog will come back after something happens with me, under a new format that i dont think youd mind reading. anyways ill let ya know when the blog is back.
