A NEW OWNER???

Well, new worries have arisen to the idea of a new owner.
Things I didn't think of at first.

1. Since we will in theory be working for a new company does that mean we are starting from scratch. I will earn 3 weeks paid vacation this august and I'm not looking forward losing it.

The grapevine told me that all employees would have to fill out an application and have a new start date. That basically means we will lose what vacation we have right now. Some of my employees just got three weeks vacation. How do I tell them they have to wait a year and start over with one week. Not a good sign..

2. If we have to be rehired then he can change our rate of pay to whatever he wants. Great I'm already work for nothing, what else can they take..

I'm trying to think positive but it is not working anymore.. I wish he would just change his mind.. Sad but true...


New at work.. My third has decided working at work is to hard... TT does not understand that I am actually making a very nice paper trail so TT will not get unemployment.. HA HA HA

Write up 1. Lost Money Never found
Write up 2. Feces in stall never cleaned... (TT Blamed someone else for messing it up after TT cleaned. Never had the hart to tell TT I was the one who caused the explosion. That is why I knew hat had been there for a few days.
Write up 3. Mold. I left it there for 5 days. Then e-mailed thirds and told them to get cleaning. TT didn't. Claimed the CC could verify TT cleans.. CC can only verify TT goes in there. TT does change the trash at least........
Tomorrow TT gets another write up for not cleaning... there is Pee all over the seat.. I got two other employees to verify it is there and they will verify it is there tomorrow. I'm getting witnesses.
